目前,以外科、化疗及放疗为代表的各种恶性肿瘤常规治疗方法已步入一个平台期,恶性肿瘤仍然是全世界范围内导致死亡的首要原因。肿瘤免疫治疗是一种有效的无创治疗方法,自从上世纪60年代开始就得到了广泛重视。然而,传统的肿瘤免疫治疗方法目前面临巨大挑战,因为其精确性及持久性均较差,治疗效果亦不理想。基于基因转导策略的免疫一基因治疗方法方兴未艾,本文将对肿瘤主动免疫治疗中免疫一基因治疗的方法做详细探讨。
Currently, conventional treatment methods for various malignancies, including surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, have entered a plateau. Malignant tumors are still the leading cause of death worldwide. Tumor immunotherapy is an effective non-invasive treatment method, which has gained extensive attention since the 1960s. However, the traditional methods of tumor immunotherapy are currently facing great challenges because of their poor accuracy and persistence, and their unsatisfactory therapeutic effect. Based on gene transduction strategy of immune-gene therapy in the ascendant, this article will be active immunotherapy of tumor-immune gene therapy approach to do in detail.
