一般工程按施工阶段图进行施工,而工程造价是针对设计图纸施工用量进行统计,每个工程因为设计组成部分的不同,使得其造价编制数量也截然不同。而工程造价编制水平的高低,直接影响着整个工程的体系,本文则侧重从概算预算理念、主观人员原因、客观外界原因等方面进行思考,从而确保工程体系的有序进行。
The general project is constructed according to the construction phase diagram, and the construction cost is calculated according to the construction drawings of the design drawings. Because of the difference of the design components, each project makes the cost of construction is also quite different. However, the level of construction cost has a direct impact on the whole project system. This paper focuses on thinking from the concept of budget estimate, reasons of subjective personnel and objective external reasons, so as to ensure the orderly construction of the project.
