目的:探究活络效灵丹加减方对骨性关节炎的作用及其抗炎镇痛作用。方法:大鼠异物肉芽肿法和小鼠耳廓肿胀法观察其抗炎作用;小鼠扭体法观察其镇痛作用;并观察活络效灵丹加减方对木瓜蛋白酶所致的骨性关节炎模型大鼠的影响,探究其对骨性关节炎的治疗作用。结果:活络效灵丹加减方治疗组较模型组,均有显著性差异,能有效抑制大鼠肉芽肿和小鼠耳廓肿胀,明显减少小鼠扭体次数,并能减轻木瓜蛋白酶所致骨性关节炎大鼠的膝关节病理变化。结论:活络效灵丹加减方具有较好的抗炎和镇痛作用,并能减轻骨性关节炎膝关节的病理变化。
Objective: To explore the effect of Danxiao Danling Decoction on osteoarthritis and its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Methods: The anti-inflammatory effects of rat granuloma induced by foreign body granuloma and mouse auricle swelling were observed. The analgesic effect was observed by writhing in mice. The effects of active compound Lingling Decoction on papain-induced osteoarthritis Inflammatory model of rats to explore its therapeutic effect on osteoarthritis. Results: Compared with the model group, the model group with active Xiaoling Dan addition and subtraction could significantly inhibit the granuloma of rat and the auricle swelling of mice, significantly reduce the number of writhing in mice and alleviate papain Pathological changes of knee in osteoarthritis rats. Conclusion: The active Xiao Ling Dan addition and subtraction has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and can reduce the pathological changes of knee osteoarthritis.
