当前反腐研究大多集中在对政府部门或企业中高层管理人员,而针对企业基层一线员工的腐败行为研究相对较少。一线员工腐败行为,虽然规模较小,但直接影响产品质量、企业风气和员工士气,更有可能给企业的安全生产埋下定时炸弹,潜在危害非常大,必须予以重视。本文以管理学理论为基础,分析员工腐败行为产生的内在原因,就一线员工腐败行为防范应对措施的设计原则进行归纳,对企业加强人员反腐工作具有一定的指导意义。
The current anti-corruption research mostly focuses on the middle and senior management of government departments or enterprises, while there are relatively few studies on corrupt behaviors directed against employees at the grassroots level. Corruption of front-line employees, though smaller in scale, directly affects the quality of products, corporate culture and morale and is more likely to lay down time bombs for the safety of enterprises. The potential harm is enormous and must be given priority. Based on management theory, this article analyzes the internal causes of employees’ corrupt behavior and summarizes the design principles of countermeasures against corrupt behaviors of frontline employees, which is of guiding significance for enterprises to strengthen personnel anti-corruption work.
