宝钢在引进七种管理方式的基础上,结合国情独创了一套现代化基层管理模式。这套管理模式将基层的各种管理工作融为一体,形成了完整的现代化基层管理体系。实践证明,这套管理模式适用于宝钢现代化大型钢铁联合企业,其主要特色有以下几点: 1.在基层工作中,将管理目标、管理方针、管理思想、管理措施等八个方面组成一套管理体系,明确相互之间的关系。如图:
