32只成年豚鼠体重384±59克,呼吸频率116±12次/分,两者不相关(r=-0.089,p>0.05)。气雾组胺诱发气喘潜伏期为104.8±22.1秒。在给舒支气管药氨茶碱、异丙肾上腺素和蛞蝓浸出液之前及气喘发作后,豚鼠呼吸频率无明显改变,但异丙肾上腺素使组胺诱喘潜伏期明显延长。实验结果提示:①成年豚鼠呼吸频率正常值在86~148次/分,且与体重无关;②豚鼠组胺性气喘间歇期,舒支气管药对呼吸频率没有明显影响。
Thirty-two adult guinea pigs had a body weight of 384 ± 59 g and a respiratory rate of 116 ± 12 beats / min, both of which were not related (r = -0.089, p> 0.05). Aerosol histamine induced asthma latency was 104.8 ± 22.1 seconds. There was no significant change in respiratory rate of guinea pigs before administration of levobupivacaine, isoproterenol and cricket extract, and asthma attack, but isoproterenol significantly prolonged the latency to histamine blockade. The experimental results suggest that: ① adult respiratory rate of guinea pigs in the normal respiratory rate of 86 to 148 beats / min, and has nothing to do with body weight; ② guinea pig histamine asthma intermittent, Shu bronchial drugs on respiratory rate had no significant effect.
