奉中央人民政府令:为掌握现粮,減少浪费,简化手续,并便于了解糧情,决定:各省地方糧票自四一日起停止使用。因此本府發行之一九五○年前半年使用之米、麥、料票,四月一日卽行凍结。茲將具体收兑辦法佈告如下: (一)部队、机关、团体、榮軍、羣衆、斡部家屬所存之糧票,来源正當者(确係应领及过路军人食用,榮军撫卹、婴兒保育、救濟等),分别由村公所或发給机关出具证明,布限期內,絰區級以上之糧食部門審查分别兌給現糧。
