目的 :研究幽门螺杆菌提取物对人胃上皮细胞株BGC 82 3和大鼠胃上皮细胞株RGM 1的细胞外信号调节激酶 (extracellularsignal regulatedkinase,ERK)活性的影响。 方法 :采用蛋白质免疫印迹法测定ERK酶蛋白含量和活性。结果 :在各观察时间点 ,两种细胞ERK酶蛋白含量无明显差异。在无血清存在情况下 ,幽门螺杆菌提取物使BGC 82 3细胞ERK活性持续增加而对RGM1细胞ERK活性几乎没有影响 ;在有血清存在情况下 ,Hp提取物使BGC 82 3细胞ERK活性持续增加而使RGM1细胞ERK活性一过性增加。结论 :幽门螺杆菌提取物对胃上皮细胞株BGC 82 3和RGM 1的ERK活性的影响不同。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Helicobacter pylori extract on extracellular signal regulated kinase (ERK) activity in human gastric epithelial cell line BGC 82 3 and rat gastric epithelial cell line RGM 1. Methods: Protein content and activity of ERK enzyme were determined by Western blotting. Results: There was no significant difference in ERK enzyme content between the two cells at each observation time point. Helicobacter pylori extract continuously increased ERK activity in BGC 82 3 cells in the absence of serum and had little effect on ERK activity in RGM1 cells; Hp extract continued to increase ERK activity in BGC 82 3 cells in the presence of serum While the ERK activity of RGM1 cells transiently increased. Conclusion: The effects of Helicobacter pylori extract on ERK activity in gastric epithelial cell lines BGC 82 3 and RGM 1 are different.
