On the basis of the investigation and study, he solved four problems for the people’s armed forces department of the county: First, the county government wrote the text and confiscated the militia training fees in full according to the relevant provisions and proportions. Second, the government should take the lead in coordinating with the relevant departments and contributing to the establishment of a department of armed forces combating forest fire prevention, flood control, earthquake relief and troop mobilization in the county armed forces department.
