目的探讨三维能量多普勒超声(3D-PDU)联合抑癌基因PTEN和癌基因MDM2在卵巢良、恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法选取妇科就诊的卵巢肿瘤住院患者72例作为研究对象,术前进行3D-PDU和血清学PTEN、MDM2蛋白含量检测,采用VOCAL软件测量肿瘤组织的血管指数(VI)、血流指数(FI)和血管血流指数(VFI),采用酶联免疫法检测患者血清PTEN、MDM2的蛋白含量,与术后病理结果做比较分析。结果卵巢良性肿瘤的VI、FI、VFI和MDM2均明显低于卵巢恶性肿瘤,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);PTEN高于卵巢恶性肿瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3D-PDU和PTEN、MDM2的联合检测为术前明确诊断卵巢良、恶性肿瘤提供了新的靶点,也为有效治疗提供重要参考价值和依据。
Objective To investigate the value of 3D-PDU combined with tumor suppressor gene PTEN and oncogene MDM2 in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors. Methods Seventy-two patients with gynecologic ovarian cancer were enrolled in this study. 3D-PDU and serological PTEN, MDM2 protein levels were detected preoperatively. Vascular index (VI) and blood flow index (FI) were measured by VOCAL software. And blood flow index (VFI) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay PTEN, MDM2 protein content in patients with postoperative pathological results were compared. Results The levels of VI, FI, VFI and MDM2 in ovarian benign tumor were significantly lower than those in ovarian cancer (P <0.05). The expression of PTEN in ovarian benign tumor was significantly higher than that in ovarian cancer (P <0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of 3D-PDU, PTEN and MDM2 provides a new target for the preoperative diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors, and also provides an important reference value and basis for effective treatment.
