企业的研发部门和团队是一个企业资产增长和发展的核心,承担着企业新产品开发和市场竞争的重任。随着市场竞争的加剧,研发团队必须进行有效的创新来开发新产品和新技术,以保持企业的竞争力。但是对于研发团队而言,由于产品研发的失败率高、风险大及团队协作性要求高等因素,迫使研发团队成员承受巨大的压力,而这样更容易导致更多的团队冲突问题和信任危机。本文将从团队信任方面进行考察、探究研发团队成员的冲突管理方式对团队创新绩效的影响机制。
R & D departments and teams are the core of an enterprise’s asset growth and development, undertaking the important task of new product development and market competition. As market competition intensifies, the R & D team must make effective innovations to develop new products and technologies in order to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises. However, due to the high failure rate, high risk and high team cooperation requirements of product development, R & D team members are forced to exert tremendous pressure on R & D team, which more easily leads to more team conflicts and trust crisis. This article examines the team’s trust and explores the mechanism by which conflict management approaches the team’s innovation performance.
