[话题缘由]2005年10月11日,第六届“全国十佳少先队辅导员”与北京市辅导员代表举行了一次座谈会。在会上,“大队辅导员如何调动中队辅导员的积极性”成为大家共同关心和探讨的话题。在学校里,中队辅导员通常由班主任兼任,他(她)们既要完成教学任务,又要抓班级管理,还要组织开展少先队活动、队活动开展多了,常常会有中队辅导员抱怨:“我们学校的大队辅导员特能‘折腾’,活动多得受不了。久而久之,一些中队辅导员对少先队活动产生了抵触情绪,大、中队辅导员之间就出现了矛盾。怎样才能避免这一情况的发生,真正调动起中队辅导员的工作积极性呢?
