前端道路交通监控设备,主要依靠人工到现场进行升级和维护,设备在线率一般较低。由于警力的缺乏,不可能经常对设备进行实地巡检,如何确保设备的正常使用,一直是困扰交警科技管理部门的难题。结合云南省“高速高等级公路科技管控项目”的建设,项目组首先制定了全省统一的公安交通管理前端监控设备联网信息接口标准,通过无线或有线的通信方式将高速、高等级公路科技管控项目中建设的前端设备组成公安专用前端设备物联网。在此基础上,项目组建设了全省统一使用的云南省道路交通监控设备管控平台,实现了对全省交通监控前端设备的统一管理、同步升级、远程维护和环境参数的远程修改,极大地节约了警力、提高了前端设备的在线率,使设备发挥了应有的作用,确保了道路交通秩序的正常、预防了道路交通事故的发生。

Saving police force, improving the online rate of the front-end equipment, making the equipment play its due role, ensuring the normal traffic order of the road and preventing the occurrence of road traffic accidents.
