抗性突变体离休筛选系指利用植物组织培养技术,在试管内从细胞水平上,对外源病菌毒素或其它理化胁迫因素进行离体筛选.这种技术具有筛选群体大、可控程度高、筛选周期短和选择效率高等特点.据报道,国外采用这一技术已经获得烟草、马铃薯、水稻、番茄、玉米、油菜、大豆、胡萝卜和苜蓿等作物抗性突变体,并育成甘蔗和小麦抗病品种.为了探索水稻抗病育种新途径,我们利用水稻体细胞和性细胞无性系进行抗稻瘟突变体离体筛选研究,已获得一批抗叶瘟突变系.现简要报道如下.
Resistance mutant Mutation screening refers to the ex vivo screening of exogenous pathogenic toxins or other physico-chemical stress factors in vitro using plant tissue culture techniques in vitro from a cell level.This technique has the advantages of large screening population, high degree of controllability, Short cycle and high selection efficiency.It has been reported that foreign countries have adopted this technology to obtain crop resistant mutants such as tobacco, potato, rice, tomato, corn, rape, soybean, carrot and alfalfa and bred sugarcane and wheat resistant varieties In order to explore new ways of resistance breeding in rice, we used rice somatic cells and sex cells clones to carry out in vitro screening of blast-resistant mutants and obtained a series of anti-leaf blast mutant lines.
