近年来,部分旅游企业面临这人员招聘的困境。招人难、留人难成为亟待解决的问题。一方面许多企业在为留不住人而苦恼,但另一方面许多求职者在为找不到合适的工作而烦心。之所以出现这样的问题是因为人们的“职业忠诚”出现了问题,大部分旅游企业员工的职业忠诚度都不高。之所以这样,是因为社会整体职业忠诚度低、学校的培养未能很好地适应市场需求、用人单位的苛刻对待及毕业生心浮气躁。要想改变这种情况,用人单位必须把好招聘关、避免短期劳动关系、加强员工培训、增强职业吸引力及进行人性化的管理。

In order to change this situation, employers must take a good hiring process, avoid short-term labor relations, strengthen employee training, enhance occupational attractiveness and conduct humane management.
