奥利康制摆线齿锥齿轮切齿计算与啮合仿真软件开发

为实现奥利康制摆线齿锥齿轮齿面数字化设计及指导切齿加工,基于VC编程软件及MATLAB绘图功能开发了摆线齿锥齿轮切齿计算与啮合仿真的计算机软件系统。该软件系统不仅包括几何参数设计、刀具参数计算及切齿参数计算等基本计算模块,而且还具有齿面数值仿真、齿面失配分析及齿面啮合分析等仿真功能。实例表明,利用该软件系统可以快速精确设计加工参数,为摆线齿锥齿轮加工提供理论指导。 In order to realize the digitization design of Oricon’s cycloidal bevel gear tooth surface and to guide the cutting gear processing, a computer software system of gear calculation and meshing simulation of cycloidal bevel gear was developed based on VC programming software and MATLAB drawing function. The software system includes not only basic calculation modules such as geometric parameter design, tool parameter calculation and cutter parameter calculation, but also simulation functions such as tooth surface numerical simulation, tooth surface mismatch analysis and tooth surface meshing analysis. The example shows that the software system can be used to design machining parameters quickly and accurately, providing theoretical guidance for the process of cycloid bevel gears.
