结合某大跨度公铁两用斜拉桥的三索面单箱三室混凝土索塔结构,提出了全面考虑锚固区受力的三维数值建模方法,应用通用有限元软件ANSYS建立锚固区精细分析的有限元模型,分析了恒载、汽车和火车等活载共同作用下锚固区应力场分布规律。针对索塔锚固区横向应力过大的问题,提出了锚固区预应力优化建议。通过锚固区预应力的优化调整,实现了减小锚固区应力的目的。
Combined with the structure of one-compartment three-chamber concrete three-pylon single-pylon concrete tower of a long-span railway cable-stayed bridge, a three-dimensional numerical modeling method considering the stress of the anchorage zone is proposed. By using the finite element software ANSYS, The finite element model was used to analyze the distribution of stress field in anchorage zone under the action of dead loads, cars and trains. Aiming at the problem that the lateral stress of pylon anchorage zone is too large, the optimization proposal of prestressing force in anchorage zone is put forward. Through the optimization and adjustment of the prestressing force in the anchorage zone, the purpose of reducing the stress in the anchorage zone is achieved.
