目前,就上海地区而言,针织横机几乎都采用光电纸带程控装置,其走纸机构容易磨损,维修工作量大,纸带的消耗量也多。在数字电路应用高潮中虽制造了少量的数控装置,从可靠性讲它明显优于前者,但其电路结构较复杂,所需器件亦多,制造工作量也大。今后不宜大力普及推广。我厂以TP-801单板机为核心,配以专用接口,组成了羊毛衫针织横机的专用微机,为取代光电和数控装置进行技术改造提供了范例。
