【南瓜奶油蛋羹】★材料:小南瓜1个、鸡蛋5只、棕榈糖1/3杯、一小撮盐、椰乳脂1杯●做法:1.在南瓜顶部剪开一个小长条,将里面的南瓜子和大部分的南瓜瓤取出;2.将鸡蛋打入碗中,轻轻搅动,加糖、盐和椰乳脂,继续搅动直至完全融合;3.将混合好的液体倒入南瓜中,上锅蒸(大约需20分钟),等到奶油蛋羹成型熟了以后,即可食用。◆功效:营养丰富,香甜美味,富含人体必需的铁、磷、钴等,有补血的功效,尤其适合冬季食用。
