自然界光周期现象对昆虫发育的作用,近年来已引起广泛的重视,许多作者都指出,光周期是生物季节现象的重要调节因子。为了探讨这一问题,1962年作者等在南京地区以水稻三化螟幼虫为材料进行实验。现将初步结果整理如下: 方法: 将三化螟卵块从田间采回,置于室内条件下(自然温度),任其孵化,蚁螟孵出后进行各项处理。在不同光周期反应试验方面:在同一温度下(25℃),光照时间分3、6、9、12、13、14、15、16、24小时和全黑暗十项。温度对光周期反应的影响
