研究表明,高速水流中含沙量对混凝土等脆性材料及典型金属材料的抗空蚀性能影响: 1普通混凝土的空蚀过程与金属类似。但高强混凝土的空蚀过程无明显分段; 2.在本试验条件下,含沙量对混凝土等脆性材料的空蚀形态及平均空蚀率无明显影响。抗压强度为300kg/cm2的混凝土已具有足够的抗空蚀性能; 3.含沙量对金属表面的特征空蚀密度无明显影响,工程上可用金属表面硬度表征其抗蚀性能
The results show that the sediment concentration in high-speed water flow affects the cavitation resistance of brittle materials such as concrete and typical metal materials: 1 The cavitation erosion of ordinary concrete is similar to that of metal. However, the cavitation process of high-strength concrete has no obvious segmentation.2. Under the experimental conditions, the sediment concentration has no significant effect on cavitation erosion and average cavitation rate of brittle materials such as concrete. Concrete with compressive strength of 300kg / cm2 has sufficient cavitation resistance; 3. The sediment concentration has no obvious effect on the characteristic cavitation density on the metal surface, and the corrosion resistance can be characterized by the surface hardness of the metal on the project
