事业单位是指和企业单位相对而言,不以盈利作为目的的国家机构分支,一般是作为增加社会福利,满足科学、文化、教育和卫生等方面需求,为社会提供各种服务为目的的组织。而国有资产定义是在法律上确定属于国家所有并为国家带来经济与社会效益各种的经济资源总和,即为国家所有一切的财产及财产权利总称。事业单位国有资产作为我国市场经济重要部分之一,加强对其管理可有效促进国家资产提升,本文现就强化事业单位国有资产管理意义出发,就其管理过程中存在的问题及相应解决措施进行论述。
