癌症是导致人类死亡的主要“杀手”之一,其防治已受到各国医药学家们的高度重视。随着基因研究的不断深入,癌症的发病机制已从癌基因的假说发展到诱发基因变异的破解。抗癌药物也获得长足的发展,Natch抑制剂、血管新生阻断剂、病毒、杀癌干细胞以及新传递系统药物等均取得良好疗效。我们就近年来基因变异诱发癌症的机制和抗癌新药研究进展作一综述,供有关临床和科研人员参考。
Cancer is one of the major “killers” that cause human deaths. Its prevention and treatment has drawn great attention from the medical scientists all over the world. With the deepening of genetic research, the pathogenesis of cancer has evolved from the hypotheses of oncogenes to the elicitation of genetic variations. Anti-cancer drugs have also made great progress, Natch inhibitors, angiogenesis blockers, viruses, cancer-killing stem cells and new delivery system drugs have achieved good results. In recent years, we reviewed the mechanisms of gene mutation-induced cancer and the progress of new anti-cancer drugs for reference of clinical and scientific researchers.
