1 病例介绍 患者 男,65岁。因患结肠癌住院行手术治疗。无输血史,血型为A型。为手术备血抽血样送血库作血型鉴定和交叉配合,发现其ABO正、反定型不相符,并改用不同批号的抗-A、抗-B定型血清及A、B试剂细胞作进一步检查,结果依然如此。患者红细胞与抗-A(效价128)呈4+,与抗-B(效价128)呈2+。正定型疑为AB型,反定型患者的血清却
