Chemotherapy for Malignant Tumors Since the 1940s Philips and Gilman first used nitrogen mustard for the treatment of malignancies, so far the chemotherapy has made great strides in the treatment of malignant tumors and has become a major treatment for malignant tumors one. With the gradual development and use of new drugs, many patients with malignant tumors have been extended or even cured. However, a variety of adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy are receiving more and more attention, such as severe myelosuppression, cardiac function and structural damage, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, hair loss and so on. Chemotherapy drugs are harmful to many body and organ systems. Among them, amenorrhea caused by chemotherapy-induced ovarian dysfunction is one of the most common and treatment-related adverse events in female patients. Ovarian damage due to chemotherapy not only seriously affects the quality of life of patients, but also may lead to some serious diseases. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore its occurrence and prevention methods.
