作者首次报道了用反相HPLC和二级管阵列检测器定量分析罂粟中8种重要药用生物碱吗啡(1)、可待因(2)、东罂粟碱(3)、可得因酮(4)、网脉碱(5)、蒂巴因(6)、罂粟碱(7)和那可汀(8)的简单而快速的方法。
The authors reported for the first time the quantitative analysis of eight important medicinal alkaloids in poppy, morphine (1), codeine (2), oripavine (3), and available indone (using reversed-phase HPLC and a diode array detector). 4) A simple and rapid method of reticulum base (5), thebaine (6), papaverine (7), and diclofen (8).
