研究了马钢凹山磁铁精矿球团的氧化焙烧制度对成品球团矿质量的影响．研究结果表明：在焙烧时间为１５ｍｉｎ，焙烧温度为１２５０℃时，球团矿强度可达３０００Ｎ／个．亚铁含量在氧化时间１８ｍｉｎ时，可降至３％左右．生产优质球团矿的最佳焙烧制度为：氧化时间１５ｍｉｎ；氧化温度９５０℃；焙烧时间１５ｍｉｎ；焙烧温度１２５０℃．
The effect of the oxidation roasting system on the quality of finished pellets was investigated. The results show that when the calcination time is 15 min and the calcination temperature is 1250 ℃, the strength of pellets can reach 3000N / min. Ferrous content in the oxidation time 18min, can be reduced to about 3%. The best roasting system for producing high quality pellets is: oxidation time 15min; oxidation temperature 950 ℃; roasting time 15min; roasting temperature 1250 ℃.
