计算选配机床挂轮,即给定了传动比i后,要选择一对或两对挂轮,使其齿数除了在满足:u=a/b或u=(a/b)×(c/d)之外,还需要满足以下两个条件: (1)齿轮传动比误差小于 10-5~10-8; (2)选择满足条件要求的挂轮应是机床所配备的。 传统的挂轮选配方法是:①计算法;③查表法。但人工选择挂轮很繁琐。如:在Y3150E滚齿机上,有49种齿轮,就有21×104种组合方式可组成两对挂轮,即使人工计算出来,也只能是低精度部分挂轮,很难满足精密加工的需要。现已有用微机选配挂轮的计算机程序,但较为复杂。本文提出计算挂轮的一种新方法,并用MATLAB语言编制了相应的程序。

This paper presents a new method of calculating the hanging wheel, and compiled the corresponding program with MATLAB language.
