随着国家卓越法律人才培养计划的实施,法学专业学生的培养目标更加突出应用型、技能型和复合型,其法律职业能力培养的特色非常鲜明。CBE教学模式突出职业能力培养的教育理念和灵活多样的训练职业能力的教学方法契合法学专业教育目标。CBE理论在法学专业实务课《检察实务》教学中的应用,通过检察官职业能力分析、编写能力训练模块及相应能力训练指导书、能力训练、设计考核方案及评估指标等步骤,形成富有特色的教学内容、教学结构、教学方法和配套措施。
With the implementation of the National Excellent Legal Talents Cultivation Program, the training objectives of law students are more prominent in application, skills and compounding.
