目的:探讨VEGF在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与卵巢癌发生发展的关系,本研究拟从基因和蛋白水平研究VEGF在卵巢癌组织中的表达情况。方法:运用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和免疫组织化学染色法检测VEGF在正常卵巢组织、卵巢癌组织中的表达情况。结果:卵巢癌组织中VEGF mRNA表达水平及蛋白阳性率均高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.05),VEGF mRNA表达水平及蛋白阳性率与卵巢癌的浸润程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌组织中VEGF mRNA和蛋白含量均高于正常卵巢组织中VEGF mRNA和蛋白含量。VEGF可能参与了卵巢癌的发生、侵袭和转移。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of VEGF in ovarian cancer and its relationship with the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. In this study, the expression of VEGF in ovarian cancer was studied from the gene and protein levels. Methods: The expression of VEGF in normal ovarian tissue and ovarian cancer was detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemical staining. Results: The expression of VEGF mRNA and protein in ovarian cancer tissues were higher than that in normal ovarian tissues (P <0.05). The expression of VEGF mRNA and the positive rate of VEGF protein were correlated with the degree of invasion, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The levels of VEGF mRNA and protein in ovarian cancer tissues are higher than those in normal ovarian tissues. VEGF may be involved in the occurrence, invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer.
