铜绿假单胞菌为一种机会感染性致病菌 ,铜绿假单胞菌产生的各种严重感染与其毒力因子的释放密切相关。它分泌的多种胞外毒力因子被一个复杂的与细胞间信号传递系统有关的调节回路所控制 ,该细胞间信号传递系统使细菌以一种协同的、依赖细胞密度的方式产生这些细胞外毒力因子。本文着重介绍铜绿假单胞菌主要毒力因子及细胞间信号传递在铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜及急性感染致病机制中的作用 ,同时也概述了这些调节系统用于治疗方案的可能性。
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a opportunistic pathogenic bacteria, Pseudomonas aeruginosa produces a variety of serious infections and release of its virulence factors are closely related. It secretes a variety of extracellular virulence factors that are controlled by a complex regulatory circuit involved in the intercellular signal transduction system that allows bacteria to produce these extracellularly in a synergistic, cell-density-dependent manner Virulence factors. This article highlights the role of Pseudomonas aeruginosa major virulence factors and cell-cell signaling in the pathogenesis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms and acute infections, and also outlines the potential of these regulatory systems for treatment options.
