企业发展是以人才为支撑,以人才为保障的,企业辉煌蓝图需要人才来造就,没有人才企业的发展无异于缘木求鱼。在孙村煤矿非煤企业快速发展的过程中,我们深深的感受到企业的人才缺乏的问题,日渐显露并逐步成为制约非煤产业快速成长的瓶颈。出现了问题并不可怕,就要在发展中加以解决。从人力资源管理工作的现状出发,提出人才资源管理的基本原理,及提高孙村煤矿非煤产业人才资源开发与管理水平的对策。
The development of enterprises is supported by talents and protected by talents. The brilliant blueprints of enterprises need talented people to create, and the development of non-talented enterprises is tantamount to beggars. In the process of rapid development of non-coal enterprises in Suncun Coal Mine, we deeply felt the problem of the lack of talented people in the enterprise, gradually exposed and gradually becoming the bottleneck restricting the rapid growth of the non-coal industry. Starting from the status quo of human resources management, the basic principles of human resources management are proposed, and the countermeasures for improving the development and management of talent resources in the non-coal industry of Suncun Coal Mine are proposed.
