半胱氨酸蛋白酶 1(caspase 1)作为caspase家族的一员 ,是由两种活性多肽p2 0 ( 2 0kD)和p10( 10kD)组成的四聚物。在脑组织缺氧缺血状态下其表达和活性明显增加 ,并通过催化活性白细胞介素 18和白细胞介素 1β的合成以及对其他caspase家族成员的可能作用 ,发挥了致炎和启动凋亡的双重作用 ,促进了缺氧缺血性脑损伤 (HIBD)的恶化进展。动物实验证明caspase 1活性的抑制对HIBD有保护作用 ,因此对caspase 1抑制剂的合理使用 ,或者从下游阻断它的活性产物在HIBD中的作用 ,有可能为临床治疗HIBD提供多种有前途的方法和途径
