目的:对中药汤剂出现不良反应的原因进行分析,并提出针对性的建议。方法:选取我院2010年1月-2015年12月服用中药汤剂后出现了不良反应的80例患者进行回顾性分析,总结导致患者出现不良反应的原因,根据各个因素来提出解决的措施。结果:中药汤剂不良反应的主要有药物因素(22.5%)、配伍不当(15.0%)、剂量过大(16.3%)、疗程过长(15.0%)等多个原因,要避免出现不良反应,还需从注意配伍、加强监管、规范使用等方面来加强。结论:导致患者在服用中药汤剂后出现不良反应的因素较多,需要从根本上来进行全面的改善,才能够提升中药汤剂的安全性,增强治疗的效果,减少患者出现不良反应。
Objective: To analyze the causes of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and to put forward some suggestions. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on 80 patients who had adverse reactions after taking Chinese medicine decoction from January 2010 to December 2015 in our hospital. The causes of adverse reactions in patients were summarized, and the solutions were put forward according to various factors. Results: Adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction were mainly drug factors (22.5%), improper compatibility (15.0%), overdose (16.3%) and overlong treatment period (15.0% Also need to pay attention to compatibility, strengthen supervision, regulate the use of such areas to strengthen.
