将最优化、模型化和电算化的理论和方法引进到现有水能规划设计中来,这是一个崭新的研究课题,也是加快水能规划设计工作的唯一正确途径。本文在这一方面作了初步探讨,将动态规划具体应用到梯级水电站水库死水位的选择中来。文中着重论述动态规划模型的建立,对状态变量、决策变量和方程递推求解方向的选定作了较深入的分析之后,提出了以有效库容作状态变量、以调节流量作决策变量和按水流方向逐级顺序递推的最简捷的解题方法。并以红水河梯级开发为实例,用ALGOL语言编制程序,在TQ-16机上进行计算,以常规方法所得成果加以对比,证实了所建议的方法是完全可行的,成果是可信的。
The introduction of optimization, modeling and computerized theories and methods into existing hydropower planning and design is a brand new research topic and the only correct way to speed up hydropower planning and design work. This article makes a preliminary discussion on this aspect, and applies the dynamic programming to the selection of the dead water level of the reservoir in cascade hydropower stations. In this paper, the establishment of dynamic programming model is emphatically discussed. After the state variables, decision variables and the recursion of equation recursion are analyzed deeply, the paper puts forward an effective inventory as a state variable to adjust the flow rate as a decision variable and according to the water flow The easiest way to solve the problem is to recursively direction the order. Taking the cascade development of Hongshui River as an example, the program was compiled by ALGOL and compared with the results obtained by the conventional method on the TQ-16. The results show that the proposed method is feasible and the result is credible.
