对香附Cyperusrotundus化学成分进行研究,采用多种色谱技术(硅胶、氧化铝、Sephadex LH-20、MCI gel CHP-20P、HPLC等)分离纯化,根据波谱学数据(IR,MS,1D-,2D-NMR)进行结构鉴定。从香附中分离得到13个化合物,其中包括3个倍半萜,3个三萜,4个酰胺,1个木脂素及2个其他类化合物。它们的结构被分别鉴定为香附酸(1),(4S,5E,10R)-7-oxo-trinoreudesm-5-en-4β-ol(2),4,7-二甲基-4-羟基-1-四氢萘酮(3),蒲公英萜酮(4),达玛二烯醇乙酸酯(5),泽屋萜(6),假蒟亭碱(7),几内亚胡椒酰胺(8),墙草碱(9),己内酰胺(10),鹅掌楸苦素(11),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-[4-(3-hydroxy-1-(E)-propenyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy]propyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(12)和1-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-1E-tetradecene(13)。其中,化合物1为一个新的链状倍半萜类化合物,其化学结构为6-甲基-2-异丙烯基-7,10-二氧代十一酸,命名为香附酸;化合物2和3为2个降倍半萜类化合物。化合物2~13均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,该研究丰富了香附的化学成分种类。
The chemical constituents of Cyperus rotundus were isolated and purified by a variety of chromatographic techniques (silica gel, alumina, Sephadex LH-20, MCI gel CHP-20P, HPLC, etc.) -NMR) for structural identification. Thirteen compounds were isolated from Cyperus rotundus, including three sesquiterpenes, three triterpenoids, four amides, one lignan and two other compounds. Their structures were identified as monosodium glutamate (1), (4S, 5E, 10R) -7-oxo-trinoreudesm-5-en- -1-tetralone (3), dandelion terpene ketone (4), dalmaldinol acetate (5), tautenone (6), pseudobetaine (7), guinea peppermint (9), caprolactam (10), goose jilin bitter hormone (11), 3-hydroxy-1- (4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl) -2- [4- -1- (E) -propenyl) -2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy] propyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (12) and 1- (3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl) -1E-tetradecene (13). Among them, compound 1 is a new chain sesquiterpenoid compound, the chemical structure of which is 6-methyl-2-isopropenyl-7,10-dioxoundecanoic acid, And 3 are 2 reduced sesquiterpenes. Compounds 2 ~ 13 were isolated from this genus for the first time. This study enriched the chemical components of Cyperus rotundus.
