我国脑血管疾病发病率呈上升趋势,致死致残率高,给患者家庭带来沉重的经济及精神负担。脑血管疾病临床上具有急性起病,病情重,进展迅速,治疗方案多样化等特点,需作为一线的规培医师快速判断病情,明确诊断及治疗,尽可能控制病情,改善预后。本文主要探讨提升规培医师对脑血管疾病的掌握及临床处理能力,提升处理脑血管疾病的临床能力,需要临床实践与理论知识相结合,临床与科研相结合。
