心病与性激素的关系十分密切,性激素对心脏功能的调控作用是通过其受体而实现的.但对心脏性激素受体的分布、变化的研究报道尚较少见.我们采用免疫胶体金银染色(IGSS)法及图象分析(TAS)法,对大鼠心肌梗塞(MI)后心肌雌激素受体的分布和变化进行了观察。实验选用健康、成年、雌性SD 大鼠,随机分为正常对照、假手术、心肌梗塞及心肌梗塞+雌二醇4组.心肌梗塞动物模型按我室已报道的方法复制。术后心肌梗塞
