UPS界不知道山特(SANTAK)的人,恐怕要被同行取笑了。山特公司是在世界上UPS激烈的市场角逐中,凭着“品质量稳定”、“技术不断创新”和“周到及时的服务”成为业界“排头兵”的。山特自1986年进入中国市场以来,本着为中国信息化建设服务的经营宗旨,已深深地融入了中国信息化建设的进程中,成了有口皆碑的品牌,一直占据着中国市场的最大份额。笔者总在想,用户钟情山特究竟为什么?前些时候在“’98山特服务直通车”活动中,笔者遇到了山特电子有限公司北京分公司经理林清通先生和市场部经理林美英小姐,大家一道交换了意见。
