对十字花科蔬菜甘蓝(BrassicaoleraceaL.var.capitataL.)根际线虫进行了研究。在甘蓝根际中寄生类线虫占总数的7.7%,腐生类线虫占47%,矛线类线虫占19.0%,捕食类线虫占26.3%。寄生线虫共鉴定出7个属,其中以垫刃线虫属为最多(Tylenchus),腐生类残虫中以小杆线虫属(Rhabditis)为最多。从垂直分布看,在5~40cm土层线虫总量较大,其中以10~30cm土层总数量最大,寄生线虫主要分布在0~30cm土层中,但以10~30cm土层中数量最大,线虫最深分布可达70cm。线虫受土壤潮湿度的影响较大,土壤干燥时线虫数量较少,土壤潮湿时线虫数量较多。甘蓝不同生育时期对线虫的数量有影响,留种田中线虫数量多于普通甘蓝菜田中线虫数。
The rhizosphere nematode of Brassica oleracea L. var. Capitata L. was studied. In the rhizosphere, parasitic nematodes accounted for 7.7% of the total, saprophytic nematodes accounted for 47%, nematodes 19% and predator nematodes 26.3%. Seven genera were identified from the parasitic nematodes, of which Tylenchus was the most common, and the most of the saprophytic species were Rhabditis. In terms of vertical distribution, the total number of nematodes in the soil layer of 5 ~ 40 cm was larger, of which the total number of soil layers in 10 ~ 30 cm was the largest. The parasitic nematodes were mainly distributed in 0 ~ 30 cm soil layer, but the largest number was in 10 ~ 30 cm soil layer , The deepest distribution of nematodes up to 70cm. The nematode is greatly affected by soil moisture, the number of nematodes is less when the soil is dry, and the number of nematodes is larger when the soil is wet. The number of nematodes in different growth stages of cabbage had an impact on the number of nematodes in the field, but more than the number of nematodes in common cabbage field.
