目的研究不同剂量白酒、红葡萄酒、白酒加活血中药灌胃对角叉菜胶所致小鼠血栓形成的影响。方法将KM小鼠随机分为模型对照组、低量白酒组、高量白酒组、白酒高量加银杏叶组、白酒高量加葛根素组、红葡萄酒组。灌胃4周后,用角叉菜胶造成小鼠血栓模型,测量黒尾长度。结果高剂量白酒组小鼠较模型对照组、红葡萄酒组、低量白酒组体重降低,死亡增加,黑尾明显增长。结论高剂量饮酒增强角叉菜胶对小鼠的致血栓作用,加入银杏叶或葛根素未出现治疗效应。
Objective To study the effects of different doses of liquor, red wine and white wine plus blood circulation Chinese medicine on carrageenan-induced thrombosis in mice. Methods KM mice were randomly divided into model control group, low-volume liquor group, high-volume liquor group, high-liquor plus ginkgo biloba group, high-alcohol liquor plus puerarin group and red wine group. Four weeks after gavage, a mouse thrombosis model was induced with carrageenan and the length of the black tail was measured. Results Compared with the model control group, the red wine group and the low white wine group, the weight of the mice in the high-dose liquor group decreased, the death increased, and the black tail increased obviously. Conclusion High-dose alcohol can enhance the thrombus induced by carrageenan in mice. There is no therapeutic effect after adding ginkgo leaf or puerarin.
