目的:建立原子吸收分光光度法,测定石柱参中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜重金属含量,并与林下山参、普通人参及边条人参相比较。方法:以原子吸收分光光度法在波长283.3 nm处检测铅含量,在波长228.8 nm处检测镉含量,在波长193.7 nm处检测砷含量,在波长253.5 nm处检测汞含量,在波长324.8 nm处检测铜含量。结果:3批石柱参中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜含量依次为0.08~0.59、0.07~0.15、0.08~0.11、0.01~0.02、4.51~5.86 mg/kg,林下山参中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜含量依次为0.05、0.06、0.11、0.01、3.25 mg/kg;普通人参中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜含量依次为0、0.08、3.85、0.41、8.53 mg/kg;边条人参中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜含量依次为0、0.10、0.15、0.01、9.51 mg/kg。结论:3批石柱参样品中含量均符合中国商务部于2005年发布的《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》(WM/T2-2004)所规定的药用植物及制剂的绿色品质标准。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the determination of heavy metal contents of lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury and copper in Pseudostellaria barbata, and to compare with ginseng, common ginseng and ginseng ginseng. CONCLUSION: The contents of three samples of Psidium Lepidophylla are in line with the green quality standards of medicinal plants and preparations stipulated in the Green Industry Standard for Import and Export of Medicinal Plants and Preparations (WM / T2-2004) released by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce in 2005 .
