我們國家已經進入大規模經濟建設的新的歷史時期,爲了適應今後國家大規模經济建設的需要,中共中央已於四月二十三日發佈了一九五三——一九五四年幹部理論教育的指示。我省全體幹部應充分認識經濟建設的偉大意義,學習與掌握經濟建設知識,進一步提高政治理論水平,更好地为經濟建設服務。正如人民日報社論所指出‘沒有一個人可以站在經濟建設的影響之外,沒有一個人可以不關心它的發展,不根據它的發展來正確地安排自己的活動。’因此必須根據中共中央的指示,把在職幹部的理論學習,在一年半時間内,以經濟建設理論爲内容,展開一個全省範圍内
Our country has entered a new historical period of large-scale economic construction.
