网络经济是未来的经济模式,它将从根本上改变人们惯有的生产、生活方式。本文从国民经济核算体系(SNA)中的GDP指标分析着手,探索对网络经济进行统计核算的总量指标方法。研究指出,在网络经济时代,GDP如果作为衡量一国一段时期内常住单位生产经营活动最终成果的指标,有三方面的严重缺陷:一是对社会产品消费方面反映的不足;二是难于确定国内、国外的区分;三是重复计算问题严重。因此,本文提出用国民消费总值(GNC)指标来取代GDP指标核算的历史地位。
Network economy is the future economic model, it will fundamentally change the people’s usual production and way of life. This article starts from the analysis of GDP index in National Accounting System (SNA), and explores the total index method of statistical accounting in network economy. The research shows that in the era of cyber economy, if GDP is used as an index to measure the ultimate achievement of production and business activities of resident units in a period of time in a country, there are three serious flaws: First, the problems reflected in the consumption of social products; second, it is difficult to determine whether domestic, Foreign distinction; Third, repeated calculation of the problem. Therefore, this paper proposes to replace the historical status of GDP index accounting with the gross national product (GNC) index.
