目的建立同时测定金龙蛇口服液中5种主要有效成分的HPLC法。方法色谱柱为SunFireTM C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈(B)-0.2%甲酸(A)为流动相进行梯度洗脱(0~10min,10%~19%B;10~32min,19%B),流速为1.0mL/min,柱温40℃,进样量10μL,检测波长为285nm。结果柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、麦角甾苷和甘草苷的质量浓度分别在2.00~60.00、2.12~63.60、1.68~50.40、2.00~60.00和2.00~60.00μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.999 9)。5种成分的日内精密度和日间精密度RSD分别小于2.30%和3.82%,24h内稳定性RSD<4.47%;平均加样回收率分别为95.11%、93.73%、96.39%、98.02%和95.12%;RSD分别为2.08%、4.05%、4.02%、6.01%和4.56%。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于金龙蛇口服液的质量控制和评价。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of five main active ingredients in Jinlongshe Oral Liquid. Methods The column was a SunFireTM C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution from acetonitrile (B) to 0.2% formic acid (A) as the mobile phase (0-10 min, 10-19% B; , 19% B) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a column temperature of 40 ° C. The injection volume was 10 μL and the detection wavelength was 285 nm. Results The concentrations of naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin, ergosteroid and glycyrrhizin were in the range of 2.00 ~ 60.00, 2.12 ~ 63.60, 1.68 ~ 50.40, 2.00 ~ 60.00 and 2.00 ~ 60.00 μg / mL, respectively Good linearity (r ≥ 0.9999). The intra-day and intra-day precision RSDs of the five components were less than 2.30% and 3.82%, respectively, and the average RSDs within 24h were 4.47% and 95.11%, 93.73%, 96.39%, 98.02% and 95.12, respectively %; RSD was 2.08%, 4.05%, 4.02%, 6.01% and 4.56% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It is suitable for the quality control and evaluation of Jinlongshe Oral Liquid.
