目的:对转基因何首乌毛状根中的蒽醌类成分进行分离鉴定。方法:何首乌毛状根的60%乙醇提取物,经不同极性的溶剂萃取后,利用理化性质和现代谱学方法将其鉴定。结果:从乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取物中分离得到5个蒽醌类化合物,分别为大黄素(I)、大黄素甲醚(II)、大黄酚(III)、芦荟大黄素(IV)和大黄酸(V)。结论:上述5个药理活性成分均为首次从转基因何首乌毛状根中分离得到。
Objective: To isolate and identify the anthraquinones in hairy roots of P. multiflorum. METHODS: The 60% ethanol extracts of hairy roots of Polygonum multiflorum were extracted by solvents of different polarities and identified by physicochemical properties and modern spectroscopy. Results: Five quinone compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts. They were emodin (I), emodin (II), chrysophanol (III), aloe-emodin (IV) and Rhein (V). Conclusion: The above five pharmacologically active components were isolated from the hairy roots of transgenic P. multiflorum for the first time.
