对金福菇出发菌株采用氮离子束进行诱变,通过低温筛选出5个菌株,测定诱变后各菌株的出菇产量、生物学效率和总糖、蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维等营养成分以及降血脂成分洛伐他汀含量,筛选出营养和保健价值较高的优质突变菌株。结果表明,金福菇诱变菌株JF-004的生物学效率最高达到76.64%,其每栽培袋平均产量为(191.60±1.80)g。诱变菌株JF-004的蛋白质和粗纤维含量最高,分别达到35.26%和9.26%,具有适中的总糖含量和较低粗脂肪含量,符合低脂肪、高纤维的膳食结构;同时JF-004的洛伐他汀含量在所有菌株中也达到最高,子实体中含量为(10.180±0.123)μg·g-1,是一株营养和保健价值较高的优质诱变菌株。
Five strains were selected by nitrogen ion beam mutagenesis, and five strains were screened by low temperature. The yield, biological efficiency and total sugar, protein, crude fat, crude fiber and other nutrients of each strain were determined after mutagenesis As well as the content of lovastatin which is the hypolipidemic ingredient, and selected the high-quality mutant strains with high nutritional and health value. The results showed that the highest bioavailability of JF-004 was 76.64%, and the average yield per bag was (191.60 ± 1.80) g. The highest protein and crude fiber content of mutagenic strain JF-004 reached 35.26% and 9.26%, respectively, with a moderate total sugar content and a low crude fat content, which was in line with the dietary structure of low fat and high fiber. The content of lovastatin reached the highest in all strains. The content of lovastatin in fruiting bodies was (10.180 ± 0.123) μg · g-1, which was a high-quality mutagenic strain with high nutrition and health value.
