采用热重法研究了工业废渣钢渣(简称GZ)、瓦斯灰(WSH)和磷渣(LZ)对越南无烟煤燃烧特性的影响。结果表明:工业废渣能很好地改善煤粉的燃烧特性。废渣掺入质量分数为4%时,尽管没有降低煤粉的着火温度,但对煤粉挥发分释放、固定炭燃烧和燃尽温度的降低起到很好的催化作用;GZ,WSH和LZ分别使煤粉燃尽温度降低49,51,66℃。研究发现,工业废渣的催化作用,与废渣中CaO和Fe_2O_3的有关,正是由于废渣中富含CaO和Fe_2O_3使得掺入废渣的煤粉燃烧较原煤更加容易。
The effects of industrial waste slag (GZ), gas ash (WSH) and phosphorus slag (LZ) on combustion characteristics of anthracite in Vietnam were studied by TG method. The results show that industrial waste slag can improve the combustion characteristics of pulverized coal well. Waste residue mixed with 4% mass fraction did not reduce the ignition temperature of pulverized coal, but it played a good catalytic role in volatilization of coal pulverized coal, fixed char combustion and reduction of burnout temperature. GZ, WSH and LZ So that the burn temperature of coal reduced 49,51,66 ℃. It is found that the catalytic action of industrial waste residue is related to the content of CaO and Fe_2O_3 in the waste residue. It is because the waste residue is rich in CaO and Fe_2O_3 that the pulverized coal powder mixed with the waste residue is easier to burn than the raw coal.
