采用干筛法进行土壤团聚体分级,Bowman-Cole法进行土壤有机磷分级,改进法测定不同团聚体中有机磷的组分,研究新疆南部(南疆)3县耕龄10~14 a棕漠土在不同团聚体有机磷组分分布规律。结果表明:耕龄10~14 a棕漠土在不同团聚体有机磷组分随土壤颗粒的增大而减少,且有机磷排列顺序为:高稳性有机磷>活性有机磷>中活性有机磷>中稳性有机磷;但有机磷的变化因土地利用方式的不同而各异。表明新疆南部3县耕龄10~14 a的棕漠土在不同团聚体有机磷组分以高稳性有机磷为主,占有机磷总量的一半以上,且有机磷组分在不同团聚体中的差异均达到显著水平。
Soil aggregates were classified by dry sieving method, soil organic phosphorus was fractionated by Bowman-Cole method, and the composition of organic phosphorus in different aggregates was determined by improved method. The effects of 10-1 4 years of palm desertification in 3 counties in southern Xinjiang Distribution of Soil Organic Phosphorus Fractions in Different Aggregates. The results showed that the contents of organic phosphorus in different aggregates decreased with the increase of soil particle size, and the order of organic phosphorus was as follows: high stable organic phosphorus> active organic phosphorus> medium active organic phosphorus > Stable organic phosphorus; but the changes of organic phosphorus vary with the way of land use. The results showed that the brown desert soil aged 10 ~ 14 days in three counties in southern Xinjiang was dominated by high-stable organophosphorus in organic phosphorus fractions, accounting for more than half of the total phosphorus in organic aggregates and the organic phosphorous fractions in different aggregates In the difference reached a significant level.
