通过建立一种基于磁流变液阻尼器的半主动矿用自卸车前悬架模型,来探索该类悬架的高效振动控制方法。设计了一种双输入单输出的悬架模糊控制器,并利用MATLAB模糊控制工具箱建立了其仿真模型。利用Simulink对半主动悬架在随机路面激励下进行仿真计算。通过研究悬挂质量垂向加速度、悬挂质量角加速度、悬架动挠度和轮胎动载4个参数的变化规律,发现模糊控制半主动悬架可有效改善矿用铰接式自卸车的平顺性和乘坐舒适性。
Through the establishment of a semi-active mining truck front suspension model based on magnetorheological fluid damper, to explore the efficient suspension vibration control method. A two-input single-output suspension fuzzy controller is designed and its simulation model is established by MATLAB Fuzzy Control Toolbox. Simulink is used to simulate the semi-active suspension under random road surface excitation. By studying the variation law of the vertical mass of suspension, the angular acceleration of suspension, the dynamic deflection of suspension and the dynamic parameters of the tire, it is found that the fuzzy control of semi-active suspension can effectively improve the ride comfort and comfort of the articulated dump truck Sex.
